Better known for his typefaces Avant Garde and Lubalin, Herb Lubalin’s typographic genius was also evident in his logo design. These speak for themselves, and show why he is considered one of the most influential graphic designers of the 20th C. (He would have been happier to see this added to a “typographics” section, he didn’t see his work was “typography”.)
